Case Study
SignNow is a e-signature platform with 20 million users worldwide that lets individuals and teams securely sign, send, and manage documents online from any device.
As a product designer on API, I redesigned the onboarding flow so developers can move from first request to a successful embedded signing session in minutes, guided by clear examples. The result is an e-signature API that feels intuitive for the people use it everyday to optimise their workflows.
SignNow provides many native integrations. As a Product Designer, I led the end‑to‑end redesign of SignNow’s integrations experience, aligning it with the core product and modernizing the visual and interaction patterns.
I focused on making complex integrations easy to understand and configure for both technical and non‑technical users, covering platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365. After shipping the new experience, I created an improvement concept that is planned for a future product release.
